Commission Details

Useful information and my policies to know if you wish to connect.

Nature of expression

Since my expression is intuitive with high spontaneity, to a big extent the process is unknown to me beforehand. It is always encouraged to be open to receive the channelled visual information, and to welcome it into your life to support you on your journey.

I as the art channeler will always follow guidance from my intuitive feelings, and align with it during the entire expression process.

Connection

We shall always aim to connect with trust, authenticity and respect - this energy is key to my expression. I will reject the request if there is a lack of good faith during our meet-up session.

If in any case there is a change or disagreement, we shall get in touch as soon as possible to work around for a fair and decent resolution.

If in any case that I find difficult to connect to your request theme, I will also let you know during the meet-up. This can be possible if I feel the energy of your request is not aligned with my ethos and way of expression.

Time

The digital art can be finished within 1-5 days after my expression starts. I will get in touch if for any reason the art is going to take longer to finish.

The time receiving art print is longer due to delivery.

It would be good if there is no rush for my expression. But if in any case you wish to receive the art quickly please let me know from the start. Emergency requests are not always guaranteed.

Payment

Payment can be cash or via Paypal link or bank transfer.

The deposit is non-refundable if you decided not to process after my expression starts.

The deposit will be refundable only in the case of an emergency e.g. sudden illness and changes in life. In this case with prompt communication followed by a written notice, the refund will be processed and returned to you.

The remaining fees is to be paid within 3 days from the date receiving the artwork.

If not paid on time, for every 1 day delay, a 10% of the original painting price will be added on.

Printing & postage for art prints

The print is provided without mounts or frames.

The size of print will be discussed with you after the digital art is finished.

Common print size of my art is A4, A5 and 210mm x 210mm square. A3 is also available for choice, but any size larger than A3 (297mm x 420mm) is not recommended because of reduced image resolution once enlarged.

Prints will be posted with reinforced cardboard in a reinforced envelope using Royal Mail Secondary Class Service which takes 2-3 days to arrive for UK mainland. If you want it quicker please let me know.

If outside UK mainland, I wound recommend ordering the digital version only for your art for eco-friendly reason. If you would like the art to be printed locally, I will be very happy to adjust the graphics for printing and send this copy over alongside the original digital version.

Cost of printing and delivery is included in the commission payment you choose to pay.

As the artist I retain full copyright of the artwork. But I shall always follow your decision on the image use on my portfolio and social media. If agreed to share, any written descriptions will be free of any personal information(e.g. name, age, personal experiences etc.) to ensure privacy.

You have the rights to use the artwork on their social media, business cards, website and promotional material. Credit is needed if shared on social media.

You are not granted the rights to claim the artwork as their own or resell prints, or profit from the reselling of the artwork.
